Flock cameras
Automated license-plate readers on U.S. roads — mostly Flock Safety poles. The map reads the same OpenStreetMap ALPR layer DeFlock publishes. Save a pin here, then share it to DeFlock / OSM with a free OpenStreetMap account. No paid API key.

Report a camera
Same idea as a pothole pin. Stand on public pavement, take a picture of the unit, and drop it on the map. The photo and coordinates stay on this phone — they are not uploaded to the state or to Flock.
Tap the map or use location to set the pin.
Navy pins are public OpenStreetMap ALPR tags (mostly Flock, plus other vendors). Amber pins are yours. Photographing visible equipment from a public street is not the same as tampering with it — do not touch, block, or disable a camera.
